Fees

Below are the insurance companies we currently accept. We also accept cash, checks and credit cards (including FSA and HSA cards) for co-payments and self-pay. Payment is due at the time of service for clients that have co-payments or would like to pay outside of insurance.  The office will provide a receipt with all of the information you need to submit a claim to your insurance plan for out of network expenses (where applicable).

This is your first appointment at Good Harbor Behavioral Health. During this appointment, information will be gathered about the nature and history of your symptoms as well as information about any past psychiatric treatment. A diagnosis will be determined and we will develop a treatment plan.  Medications can be provided at this first appointment if determined to be appropriate. Medication education along with Risk and Benefit of treatment will be discussed.

The fee is $300

This is your follow-up visit at Good Harbor Behavioral Health. It is your assessment against the defined treatment plan, assessment of symptoms and medication effectiveness with a goal of achieving mental wellness.

The fee is $150.

• Medication refills are not provided outside of appointments
• Medication change is done during the visits only
• Frequency of appointments is determined on an individual basis
• 48 Hours cancellation notice must be given, otherwise it is regarded as no show
• All no shows are charged $100
